Providing a simple way for DJ's to adapt to new venues and guests to make requests
It was really important that MixUp had functionality to connect the audience and the DJ at events in a seamless way. To facilitate this I created a card system with a QR code. After scanning, guests can now request songs and tip the DJ anonymously. Another great feature MixUp provides is location based song rankings. Now when DJ's show up to a new venue they can check out the history of most requested songs and least popular genres and songs. This makes the night feel like its a resident DJ every time they plug in at a new venue
